When the beer poured out?
Have nose of fruity grapefruit/lychee sweetness. Light malty.

How’s the taste?
The first few entry give a sweetness with fruity sweetness, dark fruit, light roasted. Then as you drink a long the bitter became more obvious. But it still linger light caramel on the finishing. Have that dark fruit flavour as well. There also this light faint nutty flavour that accompany with the caramel.

What’s the colour of the beer?
Dark brown.

Where to drink?
Will be available at Ales & Lagers while stock last.

My Opinion:
A lot of hidden surprises in this beer. Didn’t expect the beer to change character from a sweet beer and became hoppier as it gets warmer. Hit a few good notes for me. Is enjoyable to drink. I do like the light nutty flavour with caramel hint and bitter to it. De La Senne surprise me again. Cheers!

When the beer poured out?
Got hint of chocolate with toasted malt and dark sweetness.

How’s the taste?
The entry have heavy toasted aroma with good malted thickness. Got the light chocolate taste overall of more like coffee toasted. At 4.5% the beer have plenty of taste and aroma but lack a bit on after taste. The after taste come in lightly with a combination of some roasted toasted lingering, quite pleasant.

What’s the colour of the beer?
Deep dark brown black

Where to drink?
Drank it at Brux-Ale @ Jalan Telawi 2,  Bangsar.

My Opinion:
A nice beer for the light alcohol. The low volume alcohol didn’t make the beer loss out on aroma and taste. Can taste some complex flavour of the toast in between chocolate and coffee. Coffee have a stronger in taste but chocolate have better aroma on the nose. Always like light alcohol beer with such a nice flavour. Love it.

When the beer poured out?
Malt with light caramel sweetness.

How’s the taste?
The entry is bitter with nice aroma. The beer is nicely carbonated with heavy malt with nice bitter end. At 8% ABV the beer produce a sweet malt after taste with lingering bitter. As the beer get warmer, the hoppy bitter is more balance plus more lingering aroma.

What’s the colour of the beer?
Pale Yellowish Orange

Where to drink?
Drank it at Brux-Ale @ Jalan Telawi 2,  Bangsar.

My Opinion:
Is a well balance beer with the bitting bitter. Advice not to start this beer first because of the strong character of the bitter. Let the beer warm up a bit will show more character of the beer, hence the more balance taste. For a 8% beer, it’s actually quite nicely brewed. Have a try! Cheers!
