Leffe Brune
One of the abbey beer available on the shelf. This Belgian beer comes with a chalice shaped glass, the very own Leffe chalice. Belgian believed in the ritual of drinking with specific own type of glass, no exception with Leffe.
Leffe Brune pours a dark brown with a whitish brown head. Smell a bit fruitiness, and tinge of something roasted.
The first sip, taste fruity sweetness with little aromas, and after taste, a tinge of bittersweet. Mouth-feel is nice, nothing too harsh, and tad bit of carbonation at first.
This brune contained 6.5% ABV, overall, a nice flavorful drink, but personally, i think one bottle is enough, due to its sweetness.
In my opinion, maybe if pair with poultry would bring out more tastebud of this brune. Tasted this Leffe at Public TTDI, could be available at other place as well.
