Bought from IKEA Alexandra, S$3.50, 330ml bottle @ 5% ABV. Swedish produce.
Guess when you look at the colour of the beer, it’s not hard to understand why it’s named ‘old gold’, but it’s should be ‘bright gold’ instead.
Sweet malty nose.
Clean, crisp, hoppy flavour.
Long, pleasant bitterness at both side of the tongue for finish.
Not my cup of tea pretty much due to the fact I don’t prefer mild, clean beginning beers with strong and long bitter end.

I kinda like the styling of the bottle, look classic. Maybe is meant to drink from the bottle and not pour to the glass.

I don’t like Old Gold Either. But IKEA have an other beer called Mariestads that is much better. And lately they also have Stockholm Festival. Both Mariestads and Stockholm Festival are much better, almost in class with Carlsberg Gold.
