Chili & Beer?
Sometime back I tried beer with cili padi in it, the beer is excitingly hot (don’t like). What will happen if beer are infuse with little bit of chili. I know some people will drop some tabasco sauce into their beer to give a simple kick to it.
We Malaysian like our chili very much. Just don’t add soy sauce into the beer… (thinking) maybe it will work as well. Will brewer tried to infuse chili into beer with the mild flavour of chili to give that chili aroma? So far the only way to do it is to add your own chili according to your liking or you can do it as a prank to your friend, since April Fool is not that far away.
Anyone have any good recipe to add chili or spicy stuff to their beer that have great taste to it beside freaking hot? Let me know… Cheers!
