Chocolate Ice Cream
How many of your really try out chocolate ice cream with beer. I going to be more specific as today KL will celebrate the St. Patrick Day organise by Guinness. So today I will help the ladies to pair with the food. I tried once Chocolate ice cream, and totally goes well with the stout. I’m not too sure they preparing anything for this pairing tonight.
I found the taste blend in very well, the heavy taste of the dark stout is melt in with sweet milky taste of the ice cream added with roasted aroma of chocolate. How perfect can this be? Make me feel like ice cream right now with a pint of Guinness Draught. But please don’t pour your Guinness into the ice cream. I’m not recommend that, this is not a float. Really? Any beer preference to serve with chocolate ice-cream? Lemme try it out some day.

Any beer that made of roasted malt will be good. Will give the ice-cream some extra sweetness to it
